The Ritual

Your candle has a memory.

The first burn establishes the foundation for every burn that follows. Place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and trim each wick to approximately 1/8 inch.

Light all five wicks and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. Establishing an even melt pool helps set the candle's wax memory and prevent tunneling.
For future burns, keep the wicks trimmed and allow the wax to melt evenly before extinguishing. Never burn continuously for more than four hours.
Product Details

Each A Glass of Red candle is hand-poured on demand into a hand-carved wooden dough bowl measuring approximately 20" × 6" × 2" and filled with up to two pounds of pure soy wax.
Each wooden vessel has its own natural variations in grain, tone and character, making every candle subtly unique.
Approximate burn time is 120–140 hours.
Once the final burn is complete, wash the bowl with hot water and repurpose it as a decorative object within the home.
