Shipping policy

At Ivy & Onyx, every order represents more than a transaction — it’s a connection between you and the artisans, makers, and brands we proudly support. Each item ships directly from our suppliers, allowing us to care for them and their small businesses while ensuring your products arrive fresh, authentic, and thoughtfully packaged.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because we partner with multiple curators and suppliers, your order may arrive in separate shipments. You’ll receive tracking information for each package as soon as it ships.

Shipping Rates

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 will apply.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Currently unavailable as we continue to expand our logistics network.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please note that if your order includes items from different suppliers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@ivyandonyx.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and our supplier partners to make it right.  Please include images of any damages you experience.
