When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ivy & Onyx reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Orders are only accepted after payment has been processed and confirmed.
Please review all details before submitting your order, as cancellations may not be possible after processing.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or import charges unless otherwise noted.

We take great care in ensuring each order is processed with intention. Because many of our items ship directly from small suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Free Standard Shipping is offered on U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

Orders under $75 incur a flat shipping rate of $10.
All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.
