The Afterglow Collection pairs two five-wick dough bowl candles created to carry the home from the first gathering of the evening into the quiet hours that follow.

Begin with Gatherings, an inviting composition of red currant and pomegranate warmed by ginger and nutmeg, then grounded in smooth teakwood. Light it as the table fills, dinner is served and conversation begins to settle into the room.

As the evening lingers, transition to A Glass of Red. Blackberry and plum bring a darker, juicier character, softened by pear and lifted with bergamot before settling into the warmth of musk.

Together, the two fragrances create an autumn home ritual made for dinner parties, candlelit evenings, weekend gatherings and those nights when no one is quite ready to leave.

Each fragrance is hand-poured into its own naturally unique wooden dough bowl, with five wicks casting a generous pool of fragrance and candlelight across the room.

The Ritual

Begin at the table. End in the afterglow.

Light Gatherings as guests arrive and the evening begins, allowing its warm fruit, spice and teakwood character to become part of the room.

Later, transition to A Glass of Red for a deeper, more intimate atmosphere of dark fruit, bright bergamot and soft musk.
For the first burn of each candle, trim all five wicks to approximately 1/8 inch and light every wick. Allow the wax to develop an even melt pool across the surface to establish its wax memory and help prevent tunneling.

Never burn either candle continuously for more than four hours.
Product Details

The Afterglow Collection includes one Gatherings five-wick dough bowl candle and one A Glass of Red five-wick dough bowl candle.

Each candle is hand-poured on demand into an individually hand-carved wooden vessel measuring approximately 20" × 6" × 2" and filled with up to two pounds of pure soy wax.

Natural variations in the wood grain, tone and shape make every vessel unique. Once the final burn is complete, the wooden bowls can be cleaned with hot water and repurposed throughout the home.
